Ford Focus C-MAX is the first vehicle ever to receive the endorsement of TÜV, the accredited international testing organisation, and to be awarded The British Allergy Foundation's 'Seal of Approval' for it's allergy-friendly properties.

During the development of Ford Focus C-MAX, Ford observed strict standards in its choice of materials. All passenger compartment materials underwent rigorous testing by Ford, TÜV and The British Allergy Foundation to ensure that allergy reaction potential was minimised. Testing encompassed a package of wide-ranging investigations, including dermatological tests and interior air quality analysis. In addition, features such as a high quality pollen filter, ensure that the passenger compartment of the Ford Focus C-MAX remains as free from outside contaminants as possible.
